Title: Energy Conservation Standards for External Power Supplies 
Abstract:

Under the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, Public Law 110-140, DOE must conduct two rulemakings to evaluate whether to amend the standards in effect for external power supplies.  The Power and Security Systems Act amended the deadline by which the second of these rules is to be completed and the corresponding compliance date.
