Abstract: EPCA, as amended by EISA 2007, requires the Secretary to review test procedures for direct heating equipment and pool heaters at least once every seven years and either: 1) amend test procedures, if DOE determines that amended test procedures would more accurately or fully comply with the requirements under EPCA; or 2) publish in the Federal Register a determination not to amend the test procedure.
