Title: ●Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities 
Abstract:

The Department of Energy is amending appendix A to 10 CFR part 810 concerning unclassified assistance to foreign atomic energy activities.  These regulations provide that persons subject to the jurisdiction of the United States who engage directly or indirectly in the production of special nuclear material outside the United States must be authorized to do so by the Secretary of Energy. The proposed rule would update the list of generally authorized destinations listed in appendix A.
