Title: Response to the Section 126(b) Petition From New York | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking will respond to a petition submitted by New York requesting a finding that the collection of identified sources in nine states (Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia) significantly contribute and interfere with maintenance of the 2008 and 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards in New York State. |
