Title: ●Conforming Amendments and Technical Corrections to Department Rules Implementing the Transportation industry Drug Testing Program 
Abstract: This final rule would modify the Department's operating administration regulations to conform with the testing panel that was recently revised by the Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC). The rule would also make a conforming amendment to an information collection used to collect aggregate drug testing information from regulated employers.
