Title: Requirements for Establishing United States Citizenship | |
Abstract:
Through this rulemaking MARAD is asking whether there are more modern and accurate methods for collecting and evidencing corporate citizenship than are provided for in the current regulation. To modernize its administration, MARAD is seeking to align its process with modern corporate best practices. By adhering to modern standards, thereby avoiding a concurrent Government procedure, program participants should save both time and money. |
