Abstract:
The proposed rule would implement Section 310 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act. Section 310 requires the Federal Housing Finance Agency to publish regulations establishing standards and criteria for a process for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to validate and approve credit score models. |
