Abstract:

This revision clarifies whether a complainant has exhausted administrative remedies, and thus has the right to file a civil action, even though the complainant has filed an appeal with EEOC, as discussed in Bullock v. Berrien, 688 F.3d 613 (9th Cir. 2012).
