Title: Borrower Rights 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would consider revisions to regulations in part 617 on borrower rights to clarify disclosure and servicing requirements. The rulemaking will also address interest rate and loan document disclosures, and guarantor role in borrower rights, which will consider revisions in parts 614, 615, and 618.
