Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); GSAR Case 2016-G509, Updates to the Issuance of GSA's Acquisition Policy 
Abstract:

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove internal agency procedures regarding individual and class deviations from the GSAR. GSA is publishing this direct final rule without a prior proposed rule because this is a noncontroversial action that only impacts the agency’s internal operating procedures, and GSA anticipates no significant adverse comments.
