Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); GSAR 2017-G502, Transition to Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protege Program
Abstract:

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove regulations implementing GSA’s Mentor-Protégé program because SBA’s Governmentwide Mentor-Protégé program established pursuant to the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 eliminates the need for GSA’s agency program. GSA is publishing this direct final rule without a prior proposed rule because this is a noncontroversial action that only impacts the agency’s internal operating procedures, and GSA anticipates no significant adverse comments.
