Title: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2018-102-5, Transportation Management 
Abstract:

The General Services Administration is proposing to amend the rule in the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to improve agency transportation program management. Regulatory changes will eliminate information that is didactic, outdated, inexact, otherwise addressed in another policy, not regulatory in nature, or is no longer appropriate. This revised edition ameliorates agency procedures regarding the procurement of transportation and accompanying transportation services.
