Abstract:
GSA is proposing to amend the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to change the definition of payment "in-kind” in terms of registration fees provided by non-Federal sources to speakers, panelists or presenters at meetings or similar functions in their official capacities.This proposed rule will also make miscellaneous related corrections. |
