Title: United States Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) Appendices D and J: Revisions to the Incentive Awards Program for Personal Services Contractors
Abstract: The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks public comment on a proposed rule to amend appendices D and J of the USAID Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) regarding incentive awards for personal-services contracts with individuals (PSCs). This proposed rule will allow USAID to recognize the extraordinary performance of services under PSCs by providing eligible individuals with monetary or other non-monetary incentive awards.
