Title: Eligibility of the People's Republic of China to Export Siluriformes Fish and Fish Products to the United States 
Abstract:

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is amending its regulations to add the People’s Republic of China (PRC) to the list of countries eligible to export Siluriformes fish and fish products to the United States (see   9 CFR 557.2). The PRC is not currently listed as eligible, but has expressed a desire to export raw, intact, Siluriformes fish products to the United States.
