Abstract:

As required by section 512 of FLPMA, 43 U.S.C. 1772, the proposed rule would amend 36 CFR part 251, subpart B, to add direction for the development and approval of operating plans and agreements for electric transmission and distribution lines, and approval of activities under those plans and agreements, for vegetation management, facility inspection, and operation and maintenance.
