Title: Atlantic Highly Migratory Species: Amendment 13 on Bluefin Tuna Management 
Abstract: The Secretary of Commerce proposes to revise the management measures for Atlantic bluefin tuna fisheries. Potential management measures could include modifications to pelagic longline and purse seine fisheries as well as other bluefin tuna fisheries, which would increase flexibility for fishery participants.
