Title: ●Department of Defense Commercial Air Transportation Quality and Safety Review Program  
Abstract:

This rule proposes to amend 32 CFR part 861 in order to update and clarify administrative details, references, and terminology relating to the Department of Defense’s Commercial Air Transportation Quality and Safety Review Program. It also articulates existing DoD policy regarding the use of foreign air carriers from countries in which the Civil Aviation Authorities have been determined not to be in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization standards. This amendment supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
