Abstract: This action removes a DoD rule last revised on December 24, 1985 (50 FR 52447)containing internal Army guidance to commanders on procedures to follow upon receipt of a complaint of nonsupport or a claim of paternity against a soldier. Current guidance is available at https://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/AR.aspx. This removal supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
