Title: Obtaining Information from Financial Institutions 
Abstract:

This action removes a final rule last updated on October 19, 2005 (70 FR 60723)describing procedures used when obtaining financial records of customers from financial institutions because it is  duplicative of the DoD regulation at 32 CFR part 275, currently under revision.  This rule will be repealed once the revision is completed. This removal supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
