Abstract:

This action removes a DoD rule last updated on May 17, 2013 (78 FR 29019)concerning the reports of investigation on specific military installations. This part conveys Army policy and procedures duplicated in 32 CFR part 635, Law Enforcement Reporting,” and it is unnecessary. This removal supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
