This action removes the DoD rule last updated on June 22, 2005 (70 FR 36029) concerning the management of the misdemeanor criminal investigation program by Department of the Army personnel.  . Current internal policy is available in Army Regulation 190-30, Military Police Investigations,” at https://armypubs.army.mil/epubs/DR_pubs/DR_a/pdf/web/r190_30.pdf. This removal supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
