Title: ●Regulations Supplementing the Manual for Courts-Martial
Abstract: The Department of the Navy (DoN) will propose amendments providing a cumulative overview of specific procedures applicable to the general public which supplement the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM) in order to reflect procedural and policy changes. The amendments include removing outdated language and inserting updated language and references to the relevant provisions of the Manual of the Judge Advocate General (JAGMAN). This rule was last updated April 16, 2004 (69 FR 20540). This amendment supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
