Title: Repeal of Certain Defense Acquisition Laws (DFARS Case 2018-D059) 
Abstract:

DoD amended the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 812 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019. Section 812 repeals numerous Defense Acquisition Laws, of which one is contained in the DFARS and was removed by this rule.
