Title: ●Modification of DFARS Clause "Release of Past Infringement" (DFARS Case 2019-D012) 
Abstract:

DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to update the clause at DFARS 252.227-7001, Release of Past Infringement, to reflect gender neutral pronouns in an effort to maintain consistency in the text of the terms and conditions. The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
