Title: ●Modification of DFARS Clause "Readjustment of Payments" (DFARS Case 2019-D017) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to modify the clause at DFARS 252.227-7002, Readjustment of Payments, at paragraph (a) to require the contractor to notify the "Contracting Officer" instead of the Secretary, to align the text with current practice. The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
