Title: ●Modification of DFARS Clause "Reporting and Payment of Royalties" (DFARS Case 2019-D018) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to modify the clause at DFARS 252.227-7002, Readjustment of Payments, at paragraph (a) to insert "Contracting Officer" into the parenthetical list of suggested DoD entities or individuals that may have responsibility for delivering the report to the contractor, in accordance with the rest of paragraph. This change helps update the text to current practices. The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
