Title: ●Modification of DFARS Clause "Notification of Anticipated Contract Termination or Reduction" (DFARS Case 2019-D019) 
Abstract:

DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to update the clause at DFARS 252.249-7002, Notification of Anticipated Contract Termination or Reduction, to identify the current Act under which benefits are provided to the contractor and its subcontractors, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the clause. The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
