Title: ●Annual Representations and Certifications--Alternate A (DFARS Case 2019-D030) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to update the solicitation provision at 252.204-7007, Alternate A, Annual Representations and Certifications, and the associated prescription at DFARS 204.1202.  The purpose of the rule is to provide an alternate to paragraph (b) of FAR provision 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications, and to revise the prescription to clarify that paragraph (b)(2) only applies when using FAR 52.204-8.
