Title: Right to Financial Privacy Act  
Abstract:

This final rule describes the procedures that the Department of Defense (DoD) follows when seeking access to customer records maintained by financial institutions. These updates are required to fulfill DoD’s responsibilities under the Right to Financial Privacy Act. The revision of 32 CFR part 275 supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
