Abstract:

This final rule will remove 32 CFR part 143 which was last published on December 22, 2006 (71 FR 76914 DoD maintains these provisions in DoD Instruction 1354.01 , DoD Policy on Organizations That Seek to Represent or Organize Members of the Armed Forces in Negotiation or Collective Bargaining,” available at https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/issuances/dodi/135401p.pdf. The removal of 32 CFR part 143 supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
