Title: Naturalization of Aliens Serving in the Armed Forces of the United States and of Alien Spouses and/or Alien Adopted Children of Military and Civilian Personnel Ordered Overseas 
Abstract:

This final rule will remove the DoD rule codified on November 14, 1970 (35 FR 17540) discussing procedures to facilitate the naturalization of aliens who have served honorably in the Armed Forces of the United States and to militarily certify alien dependents seeking naturalization under the provisions of Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 The Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has purview over naturalization and the forms, policies and procedures are available from USCIS website. The removal of 32 CFR part 94 supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
