Title: Indebtedness of Military Personnel 
Abstract:

This final rule removes a rule codified on October 9, 2008 (73 FR 59502), governing delinquent indebtedness of members of the military services. It has been determined that guidance for this program is internal to DoD and is addressed in DoD Instruction 1344.09, "Indebtedness of Military Personnel.” The removal of 32 CFR part 112 supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
