Title: ●Investigating and Processing Certain Noncontractual Claims and Reporting Related Litigation 
Abstract:

This action removes a section of the CFR last updated June 3, 1974 (39 FR 19470) describing DoD policy for investigating and processing claims and related litigation addressing the loss, damage, destruction, or theft of government property. It has been determined this rule is outdated and can be removed. This removal supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
