Title: Revisions to the Administrative Remedies for Forest Management Decisions and Timber Sale Regulations | |
Abstract:
The purpose of these proposed revisions is to reduce the time it takes the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to resolve protests of forest management decisions, specifically decisions to implement timber sales. The revisions also contain updates to clarify administration of timber sales and respond to several changes in statute. Overall, this proposal is designed to improve efficiency in the administrative remedy and timber sale administration processes. |
