Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Deseret Milk-Vetch From the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants 
Abstract:

We removed the Deseret milk-vetch (Astragalus desereticus), a plant species found only in Utah, from the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants, due to recovery. Therefore, as of publication of the final rule on October 18, 2018 (83 FR 52775), this rulemaking action was completed.
