Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassifying the Golden Conure From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule
Abstract: We will make a final determination on our proposal to downlist the golden conure (Aratinga guarouba), with an ESA section 4(d) rule for parrots, due to recovery. The golden conure is a bird in the parrot family that is found in Brazil’s south Amazon Basin.
