Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Status of the Southern Selkirk Mountains Population of Woodland Caribou 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to amend the listing of the southern Selkirk Mountains population of woodland caribou (Rangifer tarandus caribou). The southern Selkirk Mountains population of woodland caribou is found in northern Idaho and northeastern Washington in the United States, and Canada.
