Abstract:

Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will finalize revisions to the regulations at 50 CFR part 17 to address prohibitions and protective regulations regarding the conservation of endangered and threatened species of fish, wildlife, and plants.
