Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Morro Shoulderband Snail
Abstract:

The latest 5-year review for the Morro shoulderband snail (Helminthoglypta walkeriana), which is currently listed as endangered, recommended downlisting. Accordingly, we are reassessing the listing status of this species. Our proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication, which means that we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine that no change in status is warranted. This species is found in California.
