Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Section 4(d) Rule for the Panama City Crayfish  
Abstract:

On January 3, 2018, we published a proposed rule to list the Panama City crayfish (Procambarus econfinae) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act (RIN 1018-BC14). We have not yet made a final decision whether to list the Panama City crayfish; however, we have determined that a rule under section 4(d) of the Act to provide measures necessary and advisable for conservation of the Panama City crayfish is likely necessary and advisable.
