Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the west coast distinct population segment of fisher (Pekania pennanti) under the Endangered Species Act. This mammal is found in California, Oregon, and Washington. We will also propose to designate critical habitat for the west coast distinct population segment of fisher, if prudent and determinable.
