Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reinstatement of Protections for the Grizzly Bear in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in Compliance With Court Order  
Abstract:

We are issuing a final rule to comply with a September 24, 2018, court order that has the effect of reinstating the regulatory protections under the Endangered Species Act for the grizzly bear (Ursus arctos horribilis) in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.  The rule is administrative in that it will correct the entry for grizzly bear on the List of Endangered and Threatened and Wildlife to include grizzly bears in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem as a threatened species.
