Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Puerto Rico Harlequin Butterfly
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Puerto Rico harlequin butterfly (Atlantea tulita) under the Endangered Species Act. This butterfly is found in Puerto Rico and is currently a candidate for listing. We will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
