Abstract:
We will reopen the comment period on a proposal to designate critical habitat for the western distinct population segment of the yellow-billed cuckoo (Coccyzus americanus) under the Endangered Species Act. This bird is found in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, and is listed as threatened. |
