Title: Tribal Transportation Program: Reporting Requirements for Proposed Transportation Facilities 
Abstract:

BIA maintains the National Tribal Transportation Facility Inventory (NTTFI), which includes transportation facilities existing and proposed on Indian reservations and within Tribal communities and all public roads on Tribal lands. This rule would address the requirements at section 170.443 to potentially delay the November 2019 compliance date, and ultimately delete or reduce the reporting requirements for Tribes to provide information to BIA on proposed transportation facilities that are currently in the NTTFI.
