Overall Description of Deadline: Section 103(b) of the Amendments require the Secretary to promulgate/update regulations necessary to implement the Amendments, including provisions to allow Tribes to amend TERAs and to identify the programs/activities the Secretary does not have to carry out as a result of the Tribe carrying out a TERA and the amounts associated with each activity.
