Title: Financial Assistance Interior Regulation 
Abstract:

This proposed rule establishes the Financial Assistance Interior Regulation (FAIR). The FAIR supplements the OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Omni-Circular), which was adopted by the Department of the Interior (Department) on December 19, 2014. This proposed rule would consolidate the Department's financial assistance regulations and policies derived from the OMB Omni-Circular.
