Title: Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation Update
Abstract: This rulemaking proposes to revise the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) Part 1419 to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) consistent with Section I S(K) of the Small Business Act. This update will also remove obsolete references to the Women Owned Small Business Program, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and submission of subcontract plans using the paper SF-294 which is now obsolete.
