Abstract:

This Notice of Proposed Rulemaking would update the Department's grant regulations at 29 CFR part 2, subpart D - Equal Treatment in Department of Labor Programs for Religious Organizations; Protection of Religious Liberty of Department of Labor Social Service Providers and Beneficiaries.  The updates would be made to comply with Executive Order 13831 (May 3, 2018) and otherwise revise them in light of current law.
